i forgot just how good black coffee is.  it was definitely a process to go from coffee with milk and splenda, to coffee with milk, to just black coffee.  now, coffee with any kind of sweetener just tastes plain ol’ gross.
don’t get me wrong, a nice dollop of cream in my coffee every now and then tastes amazing, but for the next few weeks - black it is!
i like the whole9 approach to food/beverage (well, except for that whole part about alcohol) and appreciate that coffee is included.  what’s so bad about coffee?  if i’m going to make it through 30 days of a food challenge i sure as hell better be able to have coffee by my side.
